House of Hazi is a three-person web design studio based in Warsaw, Poland. This policy covers this website. Any question about it can go to the email address at the bottom of this page.

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It runs without a cookie, without identifying who you are, and without following you to other websites: it reports aggregate numbers only, such as how many people visited a page on a given day.

Beyond that, this site runs no advertising or profiling scripts of any kind, and nothing about your visit is sold.

The hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard technical server logs, the kind any web host keeps to run its infrastructure and detect abuse, such as IP address and request timing. House of Hazi does not access these logs individually and does not use them to identify visitors.

The contact links on this site (email, WhatsApp, Instagram) open your own email client or app. Whatever you write and send goes directly to that platform, not through this website or any server House of Hazi controls. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, worth reading if you use them.

This site includes a private admin page the House of Hazi team uses to manage its own content. Logging in sets one cookie so the session stays open. That cookie is never set for anyone browsing the public site, only for someone actively logging into the admin area.

The site is built with Next.js, hosted on Vercel, and its content is stored in a Neon database with images in Vercel Blob storage. These are infrastructure providers processing data on House of Hazi's behalf to keep the site running. None of them are advertising or analytics companies, and none receive visitor data beyond what's needed to serve a web page.

If you are in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to object to how it's used. Since this site does not collect visitor data beyond standard hosting logs, there is typically nothing to request, but any question about this is welcome by email.

If what this site collects or how it is hosted changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change with it.
