Terms of Service

These terms describe how House of Hazi works in general. Every project also has its own written quote or agreement covering price, timeline, and what's included; where the two differ, that individual agreement governs.

You write a few lines about the work and who it's for, using the contact details on this site.

House of Hazi replies within two days, with questions or a call.

The scope of the build is agreed together before any work begins.

Payment terms, including any deposit and payment schedule, are set out in the written quote or agreement for each project rather than fixed here. Work does not begin until that agreement is in place.

Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the final website delivered to them: its design, content, and the code written specifically for that project.

House of Hazi keeps ownership of its own general-purpose tools, code, and components built before or independently of a specific project, and may reuse them in future work for other clients.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, House of Hazi may show a completed project in its own portfolio, including on this website, as evidence of its work.

A project depends on the client providing the content, images, and feedback it needs, within a reasonable time. Delays on the client's side can delay the project's timeline correspondingly.

House of Hazi builds and tests each site carefully, but makes no guarantee that a website will be free of every possible defect or will meet a specific business outcome, such as a certain amount of traffic or sales. House of Hazi's liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

These terms are governed by the law of Poland.

These general terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. They don't apply retroactively to a project already under a signed agreement.
